Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to the guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a high level of communication with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service.
- Uphold Chotto Matte’s rigorous standards of service, food presentation, and cleanliness.
- Ensure all food is handled safely and complies with health, sanitation, and food safety protocols.
- Quickly adapt to changes in orders or special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the kitchen pass and service stations.
- Adhere to personal hygiene and uniform standards, always setting a professional example.
- Assist with the setup and execution of service, including support during special events.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve performance and contribute to team success.
- Help resolve any service-related issues efficiently and with a positive attitude.
- Ability to move with agility, stand for extended periods, and bend as necessary.
- Occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 15 lbs.
- Minimum of 1 year of food running experience in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- A naturally friendly and positive demeanor coupled with solid communication skills.
