KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Own and execute the commercial strategy to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR

·      Proactively source and close new corporate, project, and group business

·      Conduct outbound sales efforts including calls, site visits, and local market outreach

·      Respond to RFPs and convert leads into booked revenue

·      Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and booking pace

·      Collaborate with operations to ensure execution of sales commitments


QUALIFICATIONS

·      Experience with Hilton or Marriott brands preferred

·      Exposure to hotel sales, revenue management, or business development

·      Familiarity with Cvent, MeetingBroker, HotelPlanner, and corporate travel tools

·      Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

·      Self-starter with a high level of accountability and urgency


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

·      Base Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 performance-based bonus
