Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Hotel Housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities meet our cleanliness and quality standards. The Housekeeping Inspector will work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- Verify cleanliness, organization, and proper room setup.
- Inspect public areas, hallways, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns.
- Provide feedback and guidance to housekeeping staff to improve quality and efficiency.
- Maintain inspection records and complete daily reports.
- Ensure housekeeping supplies and amenities are properly stocked.
- Assist with training new housekeeping team members on cleanliness standards and procedures.
- Support the Executive Housekeeper with departmental operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, housekeeping supervisor, or hotel inspection experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
