The Chop Shop Butchery is now hiring for a front of house position at our retail butcher shop in North Asheville!

Positions available
- Customer service/Sales – Hourly tips, full and part-time positions available - deli, fresh meats, retail wine & cheese
Customer service duties include:
- Setting and maintaining a beautiful meat display
- Presenting a lovely and personable environment for our guests
- Receiving shipments, organizing inventory according to NC 2017 food code
- Personalized counter service for custom cut meats
- Learning and sharing information about our products, including cooking techniques, recipes, wine pairings, etc
- Properly storing products at end of each day
- Slice to order deli station
- Cleanliness and adherence to professional standards
- Genuine desire to be a part of a supportive team
