Position Summary

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will provide psychotherapy services to a diverse client population in either a hybrid or in-person setting. You'll enjoy the flexibility to manage your own schedule while benefiting from a steady stream of client referrals, clinical consultation, and comprehensive administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an active caseload while managing your own schedule.
  • Collaborate with colleagues through occasional team meetings and case consultations.
  • Participate in trainings and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain all licensure, ethical, and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Active Texas license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent independent mental health license.
  • Strong clinical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable using an electronic health record (EHR) and telehealth technology.
  • Passion for providing ethical, client-centered care.
