Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial function of a growing, multi-entity industrial organization. This role operates as a key member of the executive leadership team and will play a critical role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and alignment with broader corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Performance

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Drive performance analysis across P&L, cash flow, working capital, and capital investments
• Partner with executive leadership to support pricing, margin optimization, and growth initiatives
• Deliver actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency

Accounting, Reporting & Compliance

• Oversee all accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies and audit requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies

Cash Flow & Treasury

• Manage liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and capital allocation
• Optimize working capital across inventory, receivables, and payables
• Support financial risk management and funding strategies

Business Partnership & Operations

• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to support decision-making
• Evaluate cost structures, capital investments, and operational initiatives
• Provide financial leadership across multiple business units or locations

Integration & Transformation

• Support post-acquisition integration efforts, including systems, reporting, and process alignment
• Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting tools, and data visibility
• Establish scalable processes and KPIs to support growth

Leadership

• Lead, develop, and scale the finance team across accounting, FP&A, and operational finance
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, MBA, or equivalent preferred)
• 10–20 years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operating environments strongly preferred
• Background in both financial reporting and operational finance (FP&A, costing, etc.)
• Experience in a post-acquisition, private equity, or corporate reporting environment is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
