What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for painting residential homes and light commercial properties, both inside and out, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• Interior and exterior painting
• Surface preparation including scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and masking
• Brush, roll, and spray application
• Working safely on ladders and scaffolding
• Protecting customer property and maintaining a clean job site
• Communicating professionally with homeowners and supervisors
• Producing quality work that meets company standards

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with verifiable painting experience who can work independently while also being a strong team player.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of residential painting experience preferred
• Experience painting both interior and exterior homes
• Experience with spray equipment, brushing, and rolling
• Knowledge of proper prep procedures and finish techniques
• Ability to produce clean, professional finishes
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work on ladders
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check is a plus
