What You'll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you'll represent Choice Painting USA by helping homeowners and business owners improve and protect their properties.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meet with residential and commercial customers.
• Build long-term relationships throughout the communities you serve.
• Conduct property evaluations and consultations.
• Prepare professional estimates and proposals using our estimating software.
• Guide customers through the sales process with honesty and professionalism.
• Follow up with prospects and past customers.
• Develop referral partners and repeat business.
• Network with homeowners, businesses, property managers, contractors, and community organizations.
• Work closely with our production team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Compensation

This position offers a weekly draw against commissions, allowing you to receive consistent weekly income while building an uncapped earning potential.
