Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Super / Porter. This position requires 30 hours per week and is based in New York, NY.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties related to the role of Super / Porter with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with building residents.
- A high standard of work quality and attention to detail is expected.
- Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of the building.
- Handle tasks requiring the skill set of Super effectively and timely.
- Knowledge of NYC waste disposal regulations required.
Skills Required
- Proven experience and proficiency as a Super / Porter
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be responsible and reliable.
- Hours are Monday through Friday - 8:00AM - 2:00PM
