We are seeking a reliable, professional and customer-focused Building Concierge to join our team at a luxury buildiing in  New York, NY. The Building Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests, managing building access, and ensuring the safety and security of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with resident inquiries and requests
• Manage building access and monitor security cameras
• Coordinate package deliveries and mail distribution
• Respond to emergencies and assist with building evacuations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a building concierge or in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of building security procedures
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
