Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will provide patient-centered care, including assessments, creating individualized care plans, administering treatments, managing medications, and educating patients and their families. The role also involves collaborating with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care, documenting patient progress, and adhering to all relevant regulations and standards of practice.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and treatment management
- Experience with care planning and providing health education to patients and families
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and thorough patient records and documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards of practice, and safety protocols
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach toward patient care
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with healthcare software is a plus
- CPR and BLS certifications required
- Prior experience in homecare or a similar healthcare setting is preferred
