Part-Time Maintenance Technician

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team.

This position is 3 weekdays per week, morning shift, with 6–8 hour shifts. We are looking for someone who can consistently work a solid 8 hours each scheduled day and take ownership of the property's maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general hotel maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
• Repair drywall, painting, doors, locks, and other building fixtures.
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property.
• Maintain guest rooms and public areas in excellent condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or commercial property maintenance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Basic HVAC
• Carpentry and painting
• Hotel door lock systems (Onity experience preferred)
• Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation.
