We are seeking a results-driven Hotel General Manager who excels at balancing revenue growth with exceptional guest experience (LTR scores). This role requires a leader who understands that strong sales performance and high guest satisfaction go hand in hand—driving both immediate revenue and sustained brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all hotel operations with a dual focus on driving sales and improving guest satisfaction (LTR scores)
- Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR while maintaining top-tier guest experiences
- Champion a guest-first culture, ensuring every touchpoint positively impacts LTR scores and reviews
- Analyze guest feedback, online ratings, and survey data to identify trends and implement improvements
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives across front desk and service teams
- Partner with sales and marketing to attract new business while ensuring service delivery meets brand expectations
- Monitor competitor positioning and adjust pricing and service strategies accordingly
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality, cleanliness, and consistency
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver both sales results and service excellence
- Manage budgets and forecasts with accountability for both revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or senior hospitality leader
- Strong track record of improving sales performance and guest satisfaction scores (LTR)
- Deep understanding of revenue management, pricing strategies, and service delivery
- Experience using guest feedback platforms (e.g., surveys, reviews) to drive operational improvements
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to align teams around performance experience goals
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and performance analytics tools
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
