Overview
We are hiring a part-time Front Desk Agent. This role covers 1st shift and 2nd shift. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and support daily operations. You ensure a smooth stay from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Complete check-ins and check-outs accurately.
Share information about hotel amenities and nearby points of interest.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
Handle guest questions and resolve basic issues.
Support light laundry tasks.
Keep the lobby clean and presentable.
Assist with breakfast setup and service.
Shift availability: 7 AM to 3 PM
Shift availability: 3PM to 11PM
Qualifications
Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge of hotel management systems is helpful.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
Reliable and willing to work mornings and evenings.
Bilingual skills are an advantage.
Experience in hospitality or an upscale environment preferred.
