Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers/DSP (Direct Support Professionals) to provide safe and good care.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Administer medications.
- Support clients with intellectual and disabilities.
- Operate standard passenger vehicles safely for client outings, appointments, or community activities.
- Prepare nutritious meals.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, incident reports, and communication logs to ensure continuity of care.
- Familiarity with medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and first aid/CPR certification.
- Good communication skills.
- We have openings for one full and one parttime employee.
- Employees must be flexible in regard to work schedule.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments in home or community settings helpful but not necessary.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able pass a background check.
- Agency will train.
