Duties
- Assist in daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining confidential information for both clients and employees, and assisting with employee relations
- Manage responsibilities including answering multi-line phone systems, greeting visitors with professional phone etiquette, and handling client communication
- Review intake forms and forward to appropriate staff member.
- Maintain accurate filing and information retrieval system for record keeping.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
