Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Assist customers with locating grocery products and identifying merchandise throughout the store.
- Answer basic questions about product availability, packaging, and store sections.
- Stock shelves, displays, coolers, and designated merchandise areas.
- Organize grocery products to maintain neat, accessible, and attractive displays.
- Check product dates, packaging, and condition according to store procedures.
- Rotate inventory and remove damaged or expired products as required.
- Assist with receiving, unloading, sorting, and organizing merchandise deliveries.
- Replenish shelves and communicate low-stock items to supervisors.
- Maintain clean and organized aisles, shelves, storage areas, and workstations.
- Help keep refrigerated and frozen products properly organized according to established procedures.
- Follow food handling, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Handle grocery products, equipment, and supplies carefully.
- Assist with inventory counts and routine department tasks as assigned.
- Support checkout operations and bag groceries when needed.
- Help keep shopping areas clear, safe, and accessible.
- Communicate customer concerns, product issues, and supply needs to supervisors.
- Work cooperatively with coworkers to support efficient daily store operations.

Qualifications
