Job Purpose or Objective(s): Manage all game protection operations and personnel in assigned region. Ensure protection of casino assets and provide leadership of associates. You will report to the Regional Game Protection Manager.
Primary Tasks:
- You will travel to sites in assigned regions, assess demands, and schedule game protection agents to best support operations.
- Monitor surveillance operations to ensure compliance with surveillance policy and procedures, National Indian Gaming Commission MICS, Choctaw Gaming Commission TICS, Choctaw Casino SICS, and other Federal, State, and local regulations.
- Notify Game Protection Regional Manager and Site Surveillance Manager(s) of all noteworthy, suspicious, or unusual activity.
- Maintain training programs and best practices for Game Protection Agents to ensure they are aware of any changes that may affect their business environment.
- You will prepare monthly reports, work with the Card & Table Game Departments to ensure that tribal assets remain protected against threats and investigations are completed.
- Provide information to assist with internal investigations, customer disputes and prepare written reports of results of surveillance reviews.
- Assist the Regional Game Protection Manager in coordinating surveillance equipment adds, moves, and installation and testing on proposed Card & Table gaming equipment, providing approval or feedback when applicable.
- Work with minimum direction and communicate.
- You will testify in court if necessary as a representative of Choctaw Casinos.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent management experience or 4 years related experience.
- Competent with applications and experience using Microsoft Office Suite and typing skills of 40 wpm.
- Experience of casino Table and Card Games game play and procedures. General knowledge of Federal, State and Tribal regulations that govern Tribal Gaming.
- Manage multiple associates and projects while adjusting priorities according to changes in deadlines and environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and correspondence skills able to address delicate situations by maintaining control, and discretion.
- Identify advantage players, card counting, money management systems, wage capping, theft and other areas that may be a potential threat to the Table Games Department and Casino Operations
- Excellent, Accurate Vision to distinguish colors, shapes and assess scenes.
- Three (3) years of Casino Table Games or Surveillance experience.
