$12.00 Hourly Shifts will be evenings, nights, holidays and weekends
Job Purpose or Objective
The Spa Attendant maintains the cleanliness of the Spa and Fitness area which includes the Spa, locker rooms, fitness room, whirlpool areas and lounge spaces, being attentive to guests needs, and providing exceptional and service. You will report to the Spa Director/Facility Manager.
Primary Tasks
- You will maintain all par levels of amenities, linens, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure coverage when it is necessary to leave the area.
- Sanitize exercise equipment and keep space neat and organized.
- Assist staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events.
- You will maintain accurate department maintenance procedures and checklists through routine preventative maintenance.
- Maintain a monthly inventory of supplies and products, when applicable.
- Ensure facility is only accessed by actual members and guests, and that it is always safe and secure.
- Maintain staff communication book and inform co-workers of important information at the end of the shift.
- Inform Facility Manager of any member, guest, or facility issues and report any incident or accident to the Facility Manager.
Requirements:
Efficient and able to handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously.
Knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities to communicate with members and guests.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Six (6) months previous customer service experience with previous experience handling money.
