Job Summary
Shift : Tuesday -Saturday 8:00-4:30
The Front Desk/Spa Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. This position involves overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, assisting guests with their needs, and promoting spa services and products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Experience with Boulevard Booking is a Plus!
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms.
- Supervise the stocking of supplies to ensure that all areas are well-equipped for guest services.
- Assist clients with inquiries about services, products, and promotions while providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct product demonstrations to promote retail sales and enhance guest experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate guest services and maintain a smooth operation within the spa.
- Utilize basic math skills for processing payments and managing inventory stock.
Skills
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in stock management to ensure adequate supply levels for spa operations.
- Experience in retail sales with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction through product knowledge.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling client inquiries and bookings professionally.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members alike.
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and inventory management.
