Family owned and operated, our products are sold nationwide and made at our climate-controlled manufacturing facility on the hill in Saint Louis.
We are growing and ready to add new Candy Packaging and Production Associates to team Chocolate!
Position Summary:
The Packaging and Production Associate is a vital member of Team Chocolate. The ideal candidate will have the ability to be cross-trained and learn multiple production lines including packaging, candy feeding, decorating, and de-molding. Our products are seasonal, and the job could change daily. If you enjoy working at a fast pace and like learning something new every day, then this is the place for you!
1st Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday - Friday with optional overtime available
Position Responsibilities:
Must follow all Food Safety GMP's - after all, we are SQF certified. This means LOTS of handwashing. No false eyelashes or fingernails. No jewelry including facial piercings. No nail polish. Beards over 1/4" require beard nets, and everybody wears a hair net.
Qualifications:
- Be able to stand for 8 hours a day
- Must LOVE Chocolate (ok...not a requirement, but its a bonus)
- Adhere to our minimum Time Study for pace
- Hep A shot required within 30 days of start date
- Be willing to work well with others - every job is a TEAM effort!
- Have excellent hygiene
- Have good attendance & show up on time
Preferred Experience:
- Food manufacturing experience
- Steady work history
