SEASONAL POSITION - TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT
This is a temporary seasonal role expected to support increased production demand. Employment is for a limited duration and does not guarantee ongoing or permanent placement.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 1st shift
PAY FREQUENCY: Weekly
PAY: Starting at $17.50 per hour

Education And Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
Ability to maintain consistent attendance, arriving on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts during the seasonal assignment.

Assist in the assembly and production of goods according to established specifications and standards.
Operate machinery and equipment under supervision, following safety protocols and procedures.
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance job skills and knowledge.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and attendance.
