Choate Rosemary Hall is currently hiring for the role of Admission Administrative Assistant (PT). The Admission Administrative Assistant (PT) position:
- Provides administrative and customer service support to the Admission Office,
- serves as a welcoming and professional point of contact for prospective students, families, schools, consultants, and other constituents throughout the admission process,
- manages inquiries, communications, and maintaining applicant records and materials in Slate,
- supports campus visits and admission events,
- assists with decision-reply and enrollment processes,
- and providing general administrative and project support to Admission Officers.
This is a part-time, hourly/non-exempt, year-around position scheduled to work weekdays during first shift, approximately five (5) hours per day, with 1,300 annual budgeted hours.
