- You have managed and maintained the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments across multiple locations.
- You’ve leveraged best-in-class tools and technologies to support and optimize infrastructure performance and reliability.
- You collaborated with external vendors to monitor system health, security, and backups, ensuring continuity and protection of critical systems.
- You have troubleshooted and resolved infrastructure and end-user issues, providing clear and effective support across the organization.
- You’ve implemented and managed system, network, and security configurations while proactively recommending upgrades, patches, and improvements.
- You support IT operations and strategic initiatives, including budgeting, hardware procurement, asset management, and enterprise system administration.
- You bring strong technical expertise in managing Windows environments and leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Meraki, and Palo Alto to support and secure enterprise infrastructure.
