Job Overview
CHM Weatherguard is seeking an experienced Waterproofing Estimator / Project Manager to prepare accurate bids, build customer relationships, and manage awarded projects through completion. A minimum of two years of waterproofing estimating experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Review plans and specifications, perform quantity takeoffs, and prepare complete estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, overhead, and profit.
- Submit bids on time, follow up on proposals, and meet established sales goals.
- Manage assigned projects, including contract review, submittals, scheduling, change orders, and closeout.
- Lead project turnover meetings and provide clear scope, budget, and material information to field teams.
- Maintain communication with customers and field personnel to resolve issues and keep projects moving.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of waterproofing estimating experience.
- Knowledge of waterproofing systems, installation methods, and production rates.
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
- Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Experience with On-Screen Takeoff or similar estimating software is preferred.
