Commerical Construction Project Estimator

Security Constructors / Fence OKC is a fast-growing regional construction company based in Oklahoma City,

specializing in high security fencing, active and passive vehicle barriers, bollards, and drop arms for

mission-critical facilities including data centers and other high-security sites. We're expanding and looking to add

experienced, driven professionals to our team.

CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR (2 Openings)

One position must be based onsite in Oklahoma City, OK; one is remote/hybrid.

We're looking for experienced Construction Estimators with a background in high security fencing, active and passive

vehicle barriers, bollards, and drop arms to put together accurate, competitive bids for mission-critical and data center

projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and takeoffs for high security fencing, vehicle barrier, bollard, and drop arm projects,

including work on data center and other mission-critical sites

• Analyze plans, specifications, and subcontractor bids to put together accurate, competitive proposals
• Support project teams through preconstruction and bidding on multimillion-dollar subcontract projects
• Track and manage estimating documentation in Procore
• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the bid process

Qualifications

• Proven experience estimating commercial construction projects required
• Experience with high security fencing, active/passive vehicle barriers, bollards, or drop arms is a plus, but not required
• Experience estimating multimillion-dollar subcontract scopes
• Proficient with Procore and Google Suite
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented
