Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and assist with their vehicle service needs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
- Explain services and repair recommendations in a clear, customer-friendly way
- Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish
- Record service details and maintain customer information
- Work with vendors to obtain pricing and parts quotes
