Job Description
- Operate and monitor the Dinamec fluid cleaning system and related equipment.
- Follow all safety, LOTO, PPE, and environmental procedures.
- Start, stop, and adjust equipment according to procedures.
- Monitor gauges, temperatures, fluid levels, pressures, and system performance.
- Identify leaks, blockages, equipment issues, and abnormal conditions.
- Perform routine cleaning, inspections, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate operating and inspection records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work with maintenance and supervisors to ensure efficient equipment operation.
- Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Industrial equipment or fluid system experience preferred.
- Ability to read gauges, meters, and control panels is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal procedures.
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting 30–50 pounds.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently.
