CHITIMACHA TRIBE OF LOUISIANA
TITLE OF POSITION: IT TECHNICIAN
DEPARTMENT: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT
JOB SUMMARY: Supports end users by resolving computer hardware and software, computer peripherals, and telephone problems and errors and by training end users in computer, peripheral, and phone usage. Installs, configures, and supports computer hardware, software, and related equipment. Establish network connections and install telephones.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: A High School diploma AND two (2) years of related work experience supporting end-users in Windows environment. Experience working within American Indian and/or Alaska Native communities preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Background investigation will be required.
- Subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.
