TITLE OF POSITION: HUMAN SERVICES DIRECTOR
DEPARTMENT: HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT
JOB SUMMARY: Accomplishes the Human Services strategic objectives by planning, directing, monitoring, and evaluating the daily operation of all program functions and staff required to operate and maintain effective provision of services to meet the needs of Tribal members.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Psychology AND Four (4) years of relevant program management, counseling, social work, or related experience, including One (1) year of management/supervisory experience. Must maintain Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker certifications.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be able to successfully pass a background screening/investigation.
· Subject to pre-employment and random drug screen.
· Valid driver’s license is required when driving vehicles for work-related purposes.
