Program Manager
Introduction:
This role reports to the Director of PMO and is expected to bring disciplined project management fundamentals, sound judgment, strong communication, and a high level of ownership to every initiative. The role is expected to develop and utilize approved and coordinated AI as the PMO pursues a high degree of automation and efficiency. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, communicating, tracking, and driving projects from initiation through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams
- Influence without authority
- Create accountability across departments
- Help teams move important work forward
- Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Manage multiple concurrent projects
- Develop and utilize AI solutions to support automation and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with executives, sponsors, project teams, vendors, and front-line Associates
- Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and Atlassian products (Jira, in particular)
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, operations, or related field; candidates with strong applicable experience alone will be considered
- 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong command of project management fundamentals
- Curiosity about AI and interest in pursuing AI solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PM tools (e.g., MS Project and Atlassian products)
