Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Fort Worth, TX. The Financial Controller will oversee financial activities, including monthly close outs & reconciliation, preparing financial statements, managing accounting records, conducting financial reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves performing financial analyses to support decision-making, optimizing financial processes, and working collaboratively with other departments to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance processes
- Experience with Texas sales & use tax
- Experience with inventory management & reporting
- Proficiency in Accounting and related software tools such as Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role or ready mix industry is highly desirable
