Warehouse Specialist - Multi-Site Operations (Oklahoma)

Chisholm Broadband, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Specialist to manage warehouse operations, stage equipment, and handle logistics across our Oklahoma facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Digital Tracking: Receive, inspect, and log incoming stock; reconcile inventory discrepancies using digital tracking software.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Equipment Prep: Test, reset, and configure communication radios and electronic equipment for field use.
• Field Support & Staging: Stage installation materials for Project Managers and Field Ops teams; run parts to job sites as needed.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse facilities.
• Cycle Counts: Perform routine stock audits to ensure 100% accuracy.

Environment & Physical Demands

• Work Split: 80% Warehouse Operations / 20% Office & Tech Prep.
• Travel: Regular travel between Oklahoma facilities.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, work in dynamic warehouse environments, and lift up to 80 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse, logistics, or basic electronics testing experience is a plus.
• Tech Skills: Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning inventory software.
• Self-Motivated: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (required for travel). Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
