Kinetic Chiropractic and Massage is growing, and we're excited to add a new receptionist to our team. Our clinic is located in a beautiful, welcoming space in Post Falls, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Completing insurance pre‑authorizations
- Providing excellent customer service at the front desk
- Demonstrating strong computer and organizational skills
- Working well with a team, as well as independently
- Covering some evening front‑desk shifts
- Assisting with billing tasks
What We're Looking For:
Previous medical billing experience is preferred but not required. We value a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
