What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Assistant position at Chiropractic Spine Center?
Looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented person with a great work ethic who is interested in assisting with patient care in a busy chiropractic office.
Responsibilities are but are not limited to: Greeting and checking in patients, directing patient flow for the doctor, giving instruction on PT exercises, assisting with adjunctive treatments, scheduling and retaining patient appointments, answering and making phone calls, collecting payments, maintaining electronic health records, upholding HIPAA laws and regulations, and keeping the office clean and welcoming. At this time we are looking for a talented individual to run our front desk. Attention to detail, willingness to learn and follow department procedures, customer service skills, and literary/computer skills a must!
Requirements:
Obtained high school diploma.
Excellent phone/computer skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Friendliness and positivity.
Willingness to provide patient care.
Chiropractic care experience preferred.
Medical billing experience/knowledge preferred.
Any college degree preferred.
Work availability:
Monday through Thursday, 11:30am to close (usually between 6pm and 7pm). Friday 9am to 1pm. No weekends, night shifts, or on call. No major holidays.

Salary: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour. Starting pay varies based on experience. After training, periodic reviews with opportunity for pay increase based on how quickly you are able to perform skills and continue to follow procedures.
