The Chiropractor will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the practice while delivering high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide chiropractic assessments, treatments, and patient education to enhance overall health and wellness.
- Manage patient schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources through effective calendar management.
- Oversee clerical tasks including filing, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Supervise front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate event planning for community outreach programs and health workshops.
- Collaborate with vendors for supplies and equipment management, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Assist in human resources functions such as training & development of staff members.
- Maintain budgeting practices for operational efficiency while adhering to office management protocols.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication skills and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state chiropractic license.
- Strong experience in medical office management and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated team management capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with payroll processes, vendor management, and budgeting practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and staff.
