As our office continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and dependable Office Coordinator to support daily front office operations and ensure a positive, efficient patient experience. This is an ideal role for someone who is confident in communicating with patients and helping coordinate the day-to-day office flow in a healthcare setting.
Position Overview
The Office Coordinator is responsible for the smooth daily operation of the front office and the seamless coordination of patient flow between the front desk and practitioners. This person must stay organized in a busy environment, manage administrative workflows, and ensure that both patients and staff are well supported throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily front office operations and optimize patient flow.
- Support administrative tasks, including patient inquiries, scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out processes.
- Verify insurance and benefits; ensure accurate data entry of patient visit information.
- Assist with administrative billing tasks, including the collection and posting of insurance and patient payments.
- Invoice patients and help ensure timely, accurate account management.
- Maintain and improve office procedures, administrative systems, and scheduling workflows.
- Coordinate directly with practitioners—including chiropractors, acupuncturists, and massage therapists—to maintain efficient communication.

Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, wellness, or other patient-facing healthcare office strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong customer service and patient communication skills required.
- Systems: Comfortable with scheduling systems, office software, and administrative databases.
- Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, general office, and scheduling software.
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
- Applicants should have a reasonable and reliable commute to Madison, NJ.
- We are specifically seeking candidates who are local to the area and available for consistent on-site coverage.
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
