Position Overview
The Part-Time Office Assistant provides administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our front office. This role involves greeting patients, assisting with scheduling, answering phones, supporting insurance and billing processes, and helping maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Assist with patient registration, check-in, and check-out.
- Verify insurance information and accurately enter patient visit information.
- Collect and post patient and insurance payments.
- Prepare patient invoices and assist with routine account management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and perform general administrative tasks.
- Keep the front office organized, clean, and running efficiently.
- Support chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and other team members with administrative needs as requested.

Qualifications

- Computer Skills: Comfortable using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office technology.
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
- Applicants should have a reasonable and reliable commute to Madison, NJ.
We are seeking candidates who are local to the area and available for consistent part-time, on-site hours.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
