About the Role
In this role, you will be at the center of our operations—an essential link between our tenants, property managers, and asset management leadership. You will manage critical data and reporting for our assets, and keep our teams organized, informed, and empowered. You will gain exposure across a diversified healthcare real estate portfolio that includes outpatient medical, hospitals, specialty clinics, and healthcare living communities. This role provides hands-on experience within a publicly traded REIT platform, encompassing financial reporting, asset performance analysis, and portfolio strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an adaptable point of contact across internal and external teams and tenants anticipating needs and ensuring seamless execution of priorities.
- Manage and track communication, projects and operations, serving as a critical point for property-related issues
- Analyze asset performance (e.g. NOI, occupancy, capital investment needs, trends, etc.), prepare dashboards, and deliver insights that inform investment, leasing and other operational strategies.
- Support the preparation of property-level and portfolio-level performance reports, including leasing updates, tenant metrics, rent roll reviews, and budget-to-actual variance analyses.
- Contribute to quarterly valuation and forecasting processes by aggregating operating data and supporting model updates used for internal reporting and investor communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally with strong performance in real estate, finance, economics, business, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated track record of excellence through academic achievement, internships, or work experiences; prior asset management or other real estate work experience a plus.
- Internship or coursework experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
- Familiarity with REIT structures, lease analysis, property-level financial statements
- Understanding of real estate value drivers.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with polished business communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable navigating analytical tools.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
