Job Summary
ChiroHealth Spine & Disc Center is seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team full-time. This position is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and is comfortable multitasking while maintaining a warm, professional attitude. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, assisting with insurance-related tasks, and supporting the daily operations of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service from check-in through check-out
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and general office needs
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
- Collect patient payments and accurately process financial transactions
- Verify insurance information and assist with basic insurance-related administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate patient flow with doctors and clinical staff to help keep appointments running efficiently
- Make reminder and follow-up calls to patients as needed
- Assist with general office organization, administrative duties, and other front desk responsibilities
- Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for every patient
- Ability to travel for occasional paid out-of-town training and weekend seminars (typically 4–6 times per year)

Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, physical therapy, or other healthcare office
- Experience with scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, or medical reception
- Experience collecting patient payments or handling insurance verification
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
