Job Overview
A growth-minded, subluxation-based chiropractic practice in Georgia is seeking a Full-Time Associate Chiropractor to help expand the clinic and buy back doctor time. This is a long-term associate opportunity with strong earning potential for a motivated chiropractor who enjoys patient care, marketing, and practice growth.
Out-of-state chiropractors are welcome to apply (GA license required prior to start).
Compensation (Highlighted)
- Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year
- Monthly Production Bonus: 25%–35% of production

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Specific working hours and daily schedule will be discussed directly with the clinic owner during the interview
Patient Volume
- Approximately 200 patient visits per week
- Cash-based practice (majority cash collections)

Responsibilities
- Perform patient consultations, exams, and X-rays
- Deliver Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Provide chiropractic adjustments and re-examinations
- Recommend ongoing care plans
- Participate in internal and external marketing efforts
- Help grow the practice through community outreach and patient education
Marketing & Growth Expectations
- One marketing shift per week
- Internal workshops and patient education
- Community events, spinal screenings, talks, and networking
- Digital marketing participation (social media/content creation encouraged)
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC)
- Licensed or license-eligible in Georgia
- Strong adjusting skills
- Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with patient education and care plans
Practice Culture
- Subluxation-based
- Individual, family, sports, prenatal, and rehab care
- Team-based environment with shared patients
- Willing to train and support the associate doctor
