- Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked bar throughout the shift
- Handle cards, and tabs accurately and responsibly
- Support servers and other bartenders; step in wherever needed
- Follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
- Uphold all alcohol service laws and company policies
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work without being asked twice
