About UsWe are building out a new, modern web platform to support our growth. We’re looking for a talented, versatile Full-Stack Web Developer who can own both front-end and back-end development. ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance both front-end and back-end components of our web applications.Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.Build server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and integrate with databases.Architect and manage databases, including schema design, performance optimization, and data integrity.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.Write clean, maintainable, and testable code; set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines where applicable.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack.Stay up to date with web development trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Desired Skills & QualificationsRequired:Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer (or very strong experience in both front-end and back-end).Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and experience with one or more frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).Back-end: Experience with at least one back-end language/framework (e.g. Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).Database experience: relational (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.Version control (Git) and basic DevOps/CI-CD knowledge.Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work both independently and in a team. Preferred:Experience or interest in AI software development – integrating ML/AI features, working with AI-tooling, or building AI-powered products.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Experience with containerization (Docker) or container orchestration.Exposure to test automation, performance optimization, and security best practices. Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree required — preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
