Job Title: Technical Drafter 1Pay Rate: $30.32 to $34.72Duration: (6 Months)POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Candidate will be responsible for manufacturing PRE (Protective Removable Equipment), Paint Stencils and Paint Premask for multiple commercial sites and programs throughout client. Software to be utilized: iCut Production Console, Summa GoProduce, Summa Axis Control, SummaFlex, CorelDraw, Redars, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Ultimaker Cura and CATIA V5. Equipment to be utilized: Kongsberg flatbed plotters, Summa flatbed plotters, Summa drum cutters and 3D printers. Duties may include (but are not limited to): Communicate with customers, team members and project managers. Manufacture aircraft paint Stencils, PRE, Premask and 3D PRE. Quality inspect Premask, Stencils and Mylars. Package manufactured parts for shipping to customers. Create and produce aircraft temporary registration numbers utilizing latex printers. Identify materials correctly for specific jobs. Inventory for JIT ordering. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): Experience manufacturing paint premask, stencils and PRE (Protective Removable Equipment) Experience manufacturing 3D parts utilizing 3D printers. Experience utilizing Summa and Kongsberg plotters and drum cutters PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Team lift up to 45 pound rolls of material to load machines. Work onsite daily. REQUIRED EDUCATION:High School diploma/Accredited GED or higher. WORK HOURSFULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Possible OT opportunities.
