Chipr's Little Rock team is expanding, and we're looking for seasoned reps ready to sell across three product lines — fiber internet, television, and mobility — carried by AT&T, Ripple, and Kinetic. This is direct, face-to-face selling in residential areas throughout the metro, and it rewards people who can build rapport fast and close with confidence.
A Day in This Job
You'll spend your time in neighborhoods across greater Little Rock, meeting homeowners, showing them what fiber, TV, and mobility can do for their household, and finalizing the sale right there. Sales get logged in the system, and you'll sharpen your craft through regular team trainings held daily, weekly, and monthly.
Who Thrives Here
Reps who've carried a quota before. If your background is in telecom, home security, roofing, solar, auto, or any commission-driven field where you had to earn the yes, you already know the rhythm. We want closers who compete with themselves and measure a good week in production.
Compensation
This is a performance-based, W-2 position — your income is tied directly to what you close. Commission structure and pay schedule will be reviewed during the interview process.
