About the Role

As a Guest Experience Crew Member, you're the face of Chippy's. You'll be the first person to welcome our guests. Your job is to make every interaction feel friendly, effortless, and genuine while helping keep the shop running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and a welcoming attitude.
• Take orders accurately, answer menu questions, and help guests find something they'll love.
• Assemble and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, making sure every guest gets exactly what they ordered.
• Call out guest names clearly and help keep service moving during busy periods.
• Keep the dining room, restrooms, and guest-facing areas clean, tidy, and inviting.
• Restock beverages, refill condiment stations, and prepare disposable packaging, including stamping and stickering.
• Stay productive between rushes by anticipating what needs to be done next.
• Work closely with the kitchen and fellow crew members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Jump in wherever needed. We're a small team, and everyone contributes to our success.
