What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ophthalmic Assistant/Technician position at Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic?
Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic has an immediate opening for a full time Ophthalmic Assistant/Technician. Successful candidates will have previous experience in an Optometric/Ophthalmic practice or desire the skill to learn a new skill and excel in a healthcare facility. Possess a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, be highly motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy medical practice. Some travel to satellite clinics may be required. Medical terminology and strong computer sills are required. Responsibilities includes but not limited to; refractions, tonometry, obtaining a complete medical history and other diagnostic testing as required.
