Requirements for this position include:
- A valid, active, and unencumbered LPN license in the state of Washington.
- The ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Excellent bedside manner and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- A true commitment to quality and attention to detail.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse for Chinn GYN, we would like you to:
- Provide direct & indirect clinical care for patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Triage patient concerns & assist with communication via telephone, portal & other HIPAA-protected modalities between patients & practitioners.
- Effectively multitask & utilize the Eisenhower Matrix consistently to prioritize tasks.
- Record the effects of treatments in order to adjust care as needed.
- Show up to work every single day with a commitment to the Chinn GYN community & mission & a desire to do a better job than you did the day before.
- Expand & grow in your clinical role & understanding.
- Communicate effectively with staff, providers, and patients.
- Thoroughly & consistently assist and support all members of our staff with their day-to-day duties in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Ensure the clinical patient experience exceeds all expectations.
Salary
$36 - $46 per hour
