China Mobile International (USA) Inc. is looking for a driven and versatile Business Development Manager to focus on business development with U.S.-based enterprises expanding into China, Asia, and global markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter who uses a consultative and solutions-based sales approach, possesses strong presentation and communication skills, and has a strong drive to succeed in driving business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing enterprise customers while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at both executive and operational levels.
- Conduct customer needs assessments and provide consultative sales support by recommending appropriate telecommunications and ICT solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer demands, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and sales processes to effectively support customer engagement and business development activities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or enterprise sales, preferably within the telecommunications, technology, or ICT industry.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred.
