Our meta-aware speech models measure emotion, intent, and hesitation as native signals in 23 languages, and our agent platform turns that understanding into action: patient check-ins that write back to hospital records, mock interviews that assess employability, receptionists that book real appointments, content agents that turn podcasts into publishable drafts.
The role
You'll be our first dedicated business development hire, working directly with the founder. Today, every client conversation — healthcare systems, skilling programs, financial services, system-integrator partners — is founder-led. Your job is to take these relationships and run them: move pilots to paid, keep accounts warm and growing, and build the repeatable motion that turns our seeded vertical agents into vertical businesses.
What you'll do
- Own the pipeline end-to-end: qualify inbound, drive pilots to commercial contracts, manage renewals and expansion
- Run account management for active deployments — weekly cadence with client stakeholders, success metrics, escalations, and the "what's next" conversation
- Support partner-channel motion with system integrators and platform partners, including co-sell and joint-pilot coordination
- Turn technical demos into business cases: translate emotion metadata, audit trails, and per-minute economics into the language of a hospital COO or a skilling-program director
- Feed the product loop — what clients ask for, where deals stall, which verticals pull hardest — directly into the founder's roadmap
- Build the basics as you go: CRM discipline, proposal templates, pricing conversations, references
What you bring
- 4–8 years in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or account management — ideally selling AI, CX/contact-center, or healthcare/enterprise software
- Proof you've taken deals from first call to signed contract and kept the account for year two
- Comfort selling a technical product alongside a technical founder — you don't need to code, but you need to be unafraid of an API conversation
- Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin, Hindi or other Indian languages a strong plus (our agents speak them — so do our clients)
- Startup temperament: you'd rather own outcomes with ambiguity than execute someone else's playbook
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare (US payers/providers), skilling/education programs, or BFSI in India
- Experience working deals alongside system integrators
- Familiarity with per-minute/usage-based pricing models
